Worried where your metal comes from?

Copper Alloys melts all of its metal in the UK and can therefore guarantee:

  1. Continuity of supply
  2. Known supply chain from melting to machining
  3. Reliabilty and consistency of product quality testing and inspection
  4. Ethical sources of raw material - UK sourced
  5. High quality British engineering

By making its own products, Copper Alloys can guarantee a superior level of customer satisfaction, that requires an understanding of lifetime value and ongoing partnership to minimise costs and maximise opportunities.

Copper Alloys prides itself in being open and transparent with the origin of its metal.

Next time your buying, ask them "where is your metal made?"

Machined Components

Copper Alloys has the capability to not only melt and create high integrity metals, but also can machine these metals to complext engineering drawings.

The advantages of this approach are numerous, not least:

  • Enhanced control - quality management from melt to machining
  • Cost·savings - we can re-melt the swarf generated from the machining process and credit the value against the cost
  • Greater tracability - all process taking place under one organisation
