STEP 1 - Raw materials manufactured to order

We can manufacture almost any bronze or copper based alloy in almost any shape.

STEP 2 - Enhancing properties of the material

We currently put our materials through a vast array of additional processes, including:

- Forging - GFM, Press Forging and Hand Forging
- Heat Treatment
- Drawing and Extruding
- Cold Forming
- Pressing
- Rolling

STEP 3 - Finishing the metal

Proof Machined bronze, brass and copper based alloys:
We can proof machine our materials to supply you with the semi-finished product.

Finished Machined bronze, brass and copper based alloys:
We can finish machine our materials to supply you with the final product, ready for assembly.

STEP 4 - Testing & Certification

We can test by the following methods:
